Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk

  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape into rolls.
  8. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
