Ingredients

- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Lay a slice of ham flat on a clean surface.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the ham.
- Roll the ham and cheese together tightly.
- Repeat for all slices.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
