Description

Ingredients

  • 6 croissants
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Cut croissants in half and layer half in the baking dish.
  4. Spread diced ham and cheese over the croissants.
  5. Layer remaining croissants on top.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour egg mixture over the croissant layers.
  8. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
