A delicious and easy ham and cheese croissant bake perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 6 croissants
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut croissants in half and layer half in the baking dish.
- Spread diced ham and cheese over the croissants.
- Layer remaining croissants on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over the croissant layers.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Can substitute turkey or other meats.
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Make ahead and refrigerate overnight.
