- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the meat, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add olive oil and water, mixing until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve in pita bread with vegetables and sauces.
