Description

This is a creamy and flavorful macaroni salad inspired by Guy Fieri.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse the macaroni under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Stir in celery, bell pepper, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and parsley.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add diced ham or cooked bacon for extra flavor.
