Description
This is a creamy and flavorful macaroni salad inspired by Guy Fieri.
Ingredients

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse the macaroni under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
- Stir in celery, bell pepper, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add diced ham or cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- This salad tastes better after it sits for a while.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
