A quick and easy dish featuring ground turkey and zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Add diced zucchini and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until zucchini is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- This dish can be served over rice or quinoa.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
