Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth; simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
