A quick and easy ground turkey teriyaki stir fry packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to your taste.
- You can add more vegetables as desired.
