A quick and easy ground turkey taco skillet packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes; stir well.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheese; cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- Serve with tortillas or over rice.
