A tasty ground turkey and peppers dish that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Add chopped bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
