Description

A simple and healthy dish combining ground turkey and zucchini.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
  4. Add zucchini and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
