A simple and healthy dish combining ground turkey and zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
- Add zucchini and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
- Serve warm.

- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
- Try adding other vegetables like bell peppers.
