Description

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, made using a grinder.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs, or additional toppings

Instructions

  1. Heat a grinder or pan over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the grinder.
  4. Add cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Add any optional toppings if desired.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.
