Description

Grilled Vietnamese lemongrass chicken is a flavorful dish featuring marinated chicken with lemongrass and spices, grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons lemongrass, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and vegetable oil.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
