Ingredients

- 1 lb steak
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- While the steak grills, toss the zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the zucchini for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Slice the grilled steak into strips.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, steak, and zucchini.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
