Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Skewer the shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
