Description

A festive green pasta dish perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup basil, fresh
  • 1/4 cup parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. While pasta cooks, blend spinach, basil, parsley, parmesan, olive oil, and garlic in a blender until smooth.
  3. Drain pasta and return to pot.
  4. Mix in the green sauce with the pasta.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
