- 2 large potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the green beans, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes until potatoes and beans are tender.
