- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the feta, spinach, olives, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly browned.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
