Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Feta cheese for topping
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then add orzo pasta.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until orzo is tender.
- Serve topped with feta cheese and parsley.
