Description
Golden Turkey Dijon Melts are quick and easy meals perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 8 ounces sliced turkey
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey and cheese on the unbuttered side of two slices.
- Top with the other two slices of bread, mustard side down.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Add spinach or other veggies for extra flavor.
- Can be made in a sandwich press for quicker cooking.
