Description

Delicious cookies with a sweet and spicy flavor from Gochujang.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Gochujang
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Mix in Gochujang, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
