A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with goat cheese and honey.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 ounces of goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, spread goat cheese evenly.
- Drizzle honey over the goat cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of bread.
- Adjust honey quantity to your taste.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
