- 1 cup gnocchi
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, combine chicken, gnocchi, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat until gnocchi is tender.
- Transfer mixture to a pie dish.
- Cover with pie crust and cut slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
