- 1 pound gluten-free gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the gluten-free gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and oregano, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, mixing well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh tomatoes if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
