Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour and salt.
- Add vegetable oil and warm water.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat circle.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Notes
- Store tortillas in a sealed container.
- Use a rolling pin for even thickness.
