Description

A delicious and nutritious gluten free seeded bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten free flour, seeds, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water.
  4. Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool before slicing.
