Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour, seeds, and salt.
- In another bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for longer shelf life.
