Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten free flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover pita bread in an airtight container.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger batches.
