Description

A delicious gluten free appetizer featuring pesto and goat cheese on crisp crostini.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette gluten free, sliced
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pine nuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
