Ingredients

- 1 baguette gluten free, sliced
- 1 cup pesto
- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pine nuts, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush gluten free baguette slices with olive oil.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread goat cheese on each slice.
- Top with pesto.
- Sprinkle with salt and pine nuts.
- Serve immediately.
