A delicious gluten free garlic chicken lasagna that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook gluten free lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and spinach, cook until spinach is wilted.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust garlic according to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
