Description

A delicious gluten free garlic chicken lasagna that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook gluten free lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded chicken and spinach, cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust garlic according to your taste.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
