Description
This is a gluten free French bread baguette that is crusty on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add gluten free flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture.
- Mix until a dough forms. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a baguette and place it on a baking sheet.
- Let it rise for another 15 minutes.
- Score the top of the baguette with a sharp knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
