Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend the wet and dry ingredients together.
  5. Add chocolate chips and nuts into the mixture.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
