Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the wet and dry ingredients together.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts into the mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute maple syrup with honey.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
