A delicious and easy gluten free bread pudding recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 cups gluten free bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the cubed gluten free bread to the mixture and stir gently.
- If using, fold in the raisins.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a drizzle of cream or sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
