Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the applesauce, milk, oil, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Fill muffin liners with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
