- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the corned beef in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper.
- Spread the glaze over the corned beef.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
