Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, molasses, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Serve warm with syrup or whipped cream.

Notes
