Ingredients

- 2 inches fresh ginger root
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Peel and chop the ginger root into small pieces.
- Add ginger, lemon juice, honey, cayenne pepper, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a glass.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use organic ingredients for best results.
