Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix tofu, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add marinated tofu.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Serve over cooked quinoa and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- This dish can be served warm or cold.
