Description

A nutritious and hearty bowl filled with ginger garlic tofu, vegetables, and grains.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix tofu, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add marinated tofu.
  5. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  7. Serve over cooked quinoa and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Use any vegetables you prefer.
