Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Place grated potatoes in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten them.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
