Description
A refreshing German cucumber salad that is easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 small red onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
- Peel and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, white vinegar, and sugar.
- Add cucumbers and onions to the bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- For extra crunch, add some chopped bell peppers.
- This salad pairs well with grilled meats.
