Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into small pieces.
  7. Mix garlic, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  8. Dip each piece of dough in the garlic mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
