Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into small pieces.
- Mix garlic, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Dip each piece of dough in the garlic mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure the water is warm, not hot.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
