Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
