- 1 pound mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until well coated.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
