- 4 boneless chicken fillet
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Coat chicken fillet with the mixture.
- Place chicken on the grill.
- Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
