- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto each chicken breast.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- In another bowl, toss cubed potatoes with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
- Spread potatoes around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
