- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Add cauliflower florets to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
