Ingredients

- 1 pound of mushrooms
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté until mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
