- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken fillet with garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown chicken on both sides in the skillet.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter.
- Serve chicken with mashed potatoes.
