Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken fillet with garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Brown chicken on both sides in the skillet.
