This is a delicious Garlic Herb Cheese Bread that is perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic herb butter mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
