Description
Delicious garlic butter steak bites with a rich parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak bites and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add steak bites back to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
- Adjust garlic amount based on preference.
- Use ribeye or sirloin for best results.
- Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
