Description

Delicious garlic butter steak bites with a rich parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
  3. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  4. Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Remove steak bites and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic.
  7. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  9. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  10. Add steak bites back to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust garlic amount based on preference.
  • Use ribeye or sirloin for best results.
  • Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
