Description

Garlic butter steak bites served with creamy parmesan pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and heavy cream.
  7. Bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  8. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
  9. Add pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  10. Serve pasta topped with steak bites and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use tender cuts of steak for best results.
  • Adjust garlic and parmesan to your taste.
  • Keep pasta warm while preparing the steak.
