Description

Garlic butter meatballs served over linguine pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Additional parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Cook linguine according to package instructions.
  6. In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Add cooked meatballs to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  8. Serve meatballs over linguine and garnish with parsley.
