Garlic butter meatballs served over linguine pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Additional parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cooked meatballs to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Serve meatballs over linguine and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust garlic amount based on preference.
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
